Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for **Head of Talent Acquisition - EMEA Supply Chain (M/F/d)**

Head of Talent Acquisition - EMEA Supply Chain - will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end (Entry to Executive) talent acquisition for the EMEA supply chain region while leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.

This role will be responsible for turning the EMEA Supply Chain Talent strategy into an actionable talent acquisition plan while leading their team through execution and world class delivery. They will hands-on lead a regional team of recruiters who will create proactive recruiting plans and approaches to address critical talent gaps, help the organization assess and select talent to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow, and position J&J to hire the top talent at all levels.

This collaborative and results focused leader will play a critical leadership role on the Talent Acquisition - Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, and partner closely with regional BUHR leaders, Total Rewards, DE&I, and business leaders to develop and deliver an E2E talent acquisition result. This position will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition - Supply Chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a Talent Acquisition team of recruiters who are responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives
- Consult with senior business and HR leaders on talent requirements for today and tomorrow and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy in support of the business.
- Responsible for driving end-to-end TA strategy and will directly support Global Head of TA - Supply Chain
- Responsible for global direct reports and dotted line responsible for leading a global talent squad (Hybrid Recruiters, University, Executive, and Sourcing) focused on driving a common purpose, goals, executing the functional TA strategy
- Drive the E2E talent acquisition strategy and consistently represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and appropriate business partners.
- Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle and full TA team, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics
- Understand the business strategy, consult on the overall aligned talent strategy and be able to deliver results in accordance with agreed upon metrics and SLAs.
- Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately delivers the best talent
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of recruiters aligned to Supply Chain responsible for all elements of recruitment
- In partnership with senior leaders and the TA team, determine the best way to solve talent opportunities —includes the selection and managing of an external search firm partners or other talent solutions.
- Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.
- Network with senior industry leaders, assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Johnson & Johnson
- Create and oversee a diversity sourcing strategy for the sector, this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.
- Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners, as appropriate, to ensure that J&J can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, Mobility, BUHR, DE&I, Global Talent Management, and Global Services
- Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment strategies, technologies and best practices required to best serve functional talent acquisition needs

**Qualifications**
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of direct, relevant and recent experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is required
- 2+ years of managing recruitment talent in geo-dispersed settings is preferred
- Experience in developing a comprehensive recruiting and/ or talent strategy to address diverse talent needs is required
- Experience driving and executing talent strategies in the technology sector/
