- Du optimierst vorhandene Recruiting-Prozesse durch deine Expertise und Best Practices
- Du bist der Sparring-Partner für die internen Stakeholder in Bezug auf die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Recruitments
- Du unterstützt dein Team in der Gewinnung von Experten in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
- Du wirkst aktiv am Employer Branding der Pragmatica mit
