**Be a Key Player in SAP Talent Acquisition**:
Are you a seasoned expert in SAP recruitment? Do you excel at connecting top-tier SAP talent with exciting opportunities? If so, we want YOU to be part of our team as a **Global Talent Scout**

In this role, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and attracting top SAP talent for our key markets and to drive our organization's success forward, but also help to bring the Talent Acquisition function to the next level. Join us and make a significant impact in shaping our talent acquisition strategy

**Your Strengths**:

- **Strategic Sourcing**: Utilize your expertise to strategically source and engage top SAP professionals through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events.
- **Tailored Strategies**: Collaborate closely with account and practice leads to deeply understand their SAP talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to effectively address those requirements.
- **Advisory Role**: Serve as a trusted advisor within the organization, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and innovative sourcing approaches within the SAP landscape.

**Your Capabilities**:

- **Proven Track Record**: Extensive experience as a SAP Scout, preferably in a senior capacity, demonstrating your ability to excel in this role.
- **Networking Prowess**: Showcase your success in building and nurturing a strong network of SAP professionals, ready to tap into for our talent needs.
- **SAP Savvy**: Deep knowledge of SAP technologies, modules, and industry trends, ensuring you're well-equipped to identify the best talent.
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, providing you with a solid foundation for success.
