Hobson Prior are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract basis located in Zug. Our client is focused on manufacturing ground-breaking therapies with real influence.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the applicant flow procedure. Organise interviews with scheduler(s) and hiring manager to enable onsite interviews and suitable follow-up.
- You will be responsible for interviewing and facilitating/participating in selection decision process. Direct the debrief process.
- Guarantee recruitment efforts are operated in a manner that is impartial and compliant with all applicants tracking, interviewing, and hiring best practices, policies and laws.
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you may assist in the gathering and/or preparation of reports, statistics, graphs and/or files for the Human Resource function.
- Take charge of recruiting-related projects and provide knowledge to continuous development of the recruiting foundation.
- Operate with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors as needed.
- Offer training and coaching on recruiting and selection process.

**Key Skills**:

- Clear-cut interview skills with the aptitude to screen and assess talent for both technical and soft-skill assets.
- Able to multitask and carry out tasks through to execution with minimum supervision.
- Operate well in a team setting, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise.
- Solid project and process management skills influencing.

**Requirements**:

- For this role, you will be required to have obtained at least 5 years of experience as a full-life-cycle recruiter in a global environment, with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting techniques, sources, and the capability to research new recruiting sources.
- Knowledge affiliating with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process, incorporating the ability to interface with senior hiring leaders.
- Elementary knowledge of compensation concepts, benefits, equity compensation, and relocation benefits are required for the role.
- Capable of negotiating effectively. Strong and communication skills are a requirement for the role.
- Robust understanding of applicable employment laws and practices.
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media sites, etc.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office, comprising of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent in both English and French, verbally and written.
