V-ZUG Global Product Management

Product Management ist Teil des Globalen Marketings und verantwortlich für Portfolioplanung und Lebenszyklusmanagement von Kundenlösungen, die den Marktanforderungen, der Markenpositionierung und den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen. Im Produktmanagement wird die Zukunft des Angebots geplant, entwickelt und mithilfe geeigneter Tools und Prozesse erfolgreich ins Unternehmen und zu unseren Partnern gebracht.

Das bietet dir die Stelle

  • Du unterstützt die Abteilung Product Management für 6-12 Monate bei allen Aufgaben rund um Küchengeräte und Textile Care und bringst dich aktiv in das vielseitige Spektrum der PM-Tätigkeiten ein
  • Du führst Markt- und Konkurrenzanalysen durch, scoutest Trends und generierst wertvolle Customer Insights, die als Grundlage für das globale Produktmanagement dienen
  • Du unterstützt Entwicklungsprojekte von der Erstellung des Business Cases bis hin zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung und trägst so massgeblich zum Erfolg neuer Produkte bei
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen und Inhalte für Produktlancierungen sowie Schulungen, um den Wissenstransfer effektiv zu gestalten
  • Zudem analysierst du Umsatz-, Absatz- und Margendaten im Product Lifecycle Management, um gezielte Optimierungen im Sortiment zu identifizieren

  • Du bist aktuell im Studium oder suchst den idealen Einstieg nach deinem Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Product Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Du überzeugst mit deinen starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und sicherem Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Marktforschung mit
  • Du bist marktorientiert und hast einen starken Kundenfokus, bist interessiert an Customer Insights und arbeitest selbstständig und eigeninitiativ
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine offene, proaktive Einstellung, die es dir ermöglicht, dich für die Haushaltsgeräte-Branche zu begeistern
  • Du bringst stilsicheres Deutsch und solide Englischkenntnisse mit, um eine effektive Kommunikation sicherzustellen
