**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Total Rewards Leader EMEA is responsible for the compensation and benefits strategy and design. This leader will provide strategic business support and implement solutions enabling the business to achieve its organization, talent, and growth objectives. They will provide compensation and benefits leadership for EMEA including, but not limited to, local compensation and benefits program design and implementation, health and welfare, perks, leaves, disability, and broad base compensation including restructurings, retention, year-round compensation planning, and job leveling.

The Total Rewards Leader EMEA will partner with business leaders, Human Resources (HR), and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions that drive outcomes for the business and are linked to the New Consumer Health Company's overall Total Rewards strategy. This leader will provide proactive and strategic business support by understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable the EMEA region to achieve it’s growth objectives. They will lead change and communication strategies for our rewards programs that are tailored to the HR community, leadership, and employees.

This role will report to the Regional Head of Total Rewards EMEA.

A maximum of 25% travel will be required.

**Qualifications** Required**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive Total Rewards experience, specifically with compensation, benefits, and pensions and the design, implementation, and/or management of Total Rewards programs and processes
- The ability to operate as an agile leader with an understanding and appreciation for regional and country differences
- Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities along with formal presentation and facilitation skills
- Must be able to maintain confidential information

**Preferred**:

- Healthcare or related industry experience
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist or similar certification
- Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
