**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the entire HR/personnel administration for our office in Switzerland and Luxembourg from Onboarding to Offboarding.
- Responsible for administration of employee information from the point of entry through the entire life cycle of the employee, including issuing contracts, onboarding, writing certificates, maintenance of personnel files, etc.
- Administering the absence management system for Switzerland and Luxembourg (incl. management of long-term sickness/accident absences with insurance)
- Responsible for generating different HR reports for Management on a set schedule
- Participate in HR/personnel-related projects and internal process optimizations.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to answer employee queries on HR-related issues.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- 1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international company
- Commercial apprenticeship or university degree
- Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for details
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal and written) are a must.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks for completion within existing time constraints
- High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
- Independent, punctual and careful working methods
- Motivated and trustworthy personality
