Our HR Department in Baar is looking for a 6-month intern to join our team in Switzerland. This role will provide valuable support in carrying out daily HR activities related to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. If you are a passionate student or graduate, eager to be part of an HR team in a high performing company, in a very diverse environment, this role can be interesting for you

**The main tasks and responsibilities include**:Provide support to HR business partners on policies, processes, employee relations, people management, training, and development
- Support designing and implementing projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience across the different departments. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines for the various projects
- Conducting benchmarking to understand best practices and innovative HR solutions
- Prepare HR related reports and presentations as needed-
- Working towards a degree on Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to organise priorities and take the initiative
- Collaborative and curious; open minded
- English proficiency skills
