**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) is an innovative and exciting part of IBM, working as IBM Consultings’ technical delivery partner. We continually innovate for our customers, employees and shareholders. Our Technical Skills range from Application Development (Java, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps), Testing Services, Technical Support through to Microsoft. In addition to our technical expertise, we can cover Delivery through Project Managers & Project Analysts, Business or Data Analysts.

**Your impact**:
Drive delivery excellence in the assigned areas, by ensuring optimal usage of IBM resources, production of high quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities for CHANGE are:

- Make decisions regarding staffing, skills, work prioritization and resolve conflicting priorities in consultation with the client
- Coordinate project deliverables in my team in alignment with Project Managers
- Accountable/responsible for deliverables in the build process

Key responsibilities for RUN are:

- Manage critical and high incidents by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure stability of production post incidents
- Deliver RCA within agreed timelines
- Plan staff for production support including off-shift & weekend support and be compliant with requirements

Key responsibilities for STAFF & SKILLS are:

- Proactively work with client stakeholders to get the view of demand pipeline
- Manage resources: Plan capacity and inform client about availabilities of resources ahead of time
- Develop and maintain agreed on and offshore team composition (blended rate)
- Recruit and onboard new talent while off-board leavers with appropriate knowledge transfer
- Maintain skill matrix with regular updates for joiners & leavers
- Identify areas of single dependency, create plans and execute them to closure
- Engage team members to manage performance, provide feedback and mitigate turnover risks

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Solid Project / Delivery Management experience
- Technical background (Developer, Technical Analyst)
- Experience in the Banking area
- Good time management and capable of setting priorities
- Assertive and capable of having a difficult conversation
- Experience in working with remote teams
- English professional lever / French would be a plus
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
