**About You**
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or PhD) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and securing reimbursement for pharmaceutical products in the EMEA region.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory requirements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop and execute market access strategies to optimize product reimbursement and market penetration in alignment with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including payers, health authorities, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and legal to ensure alignment and integration of market access initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare policy changes, pricing trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development of value propositions, health economic evidence, and reimbursement dossiers to support product reimbursement submissions.
- Identify opportunities for patient advocacy engagement and develop programs to enhance patient access, support, and education.
- Represent Telix Pharmaceutical EMEA at conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote market access and patient advocacy initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams on market access-related matters.
