- Division: Pricing & Market Access- Job Type: Permanent roleWe are recruiting a **Market Access & Pricing Manager **based at our global headquarters in Geneva. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and with a dotted line to the Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, you have the unique opportunity to develop the market access function within a fast-growing company. Following OM entrepreneurial spirit, you act both as a hands-on expert and a strategic leader to ensure patient access to OM products.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Ensure strategic and tactical price setting and post-launch price monitoring
- Understand reimbursement and funding mechanisms for key markets and secure ways to accelerate reimbursement approval
- Shape and influence healthcare policies to improve Patient Access by leveraging best practices, existing evidence, and/or by working with Clinical, Medical Affairs and HEOR teams to create new evidence
- Develop value proposition, price strategy and key value toolkit content to support the communication of the key messages to the right stakeholders
- Monitor the current and evolving requirements and emerging healthcare trends, and provide strategic input for business development
- Work with internal and external experts to identify and understand unmet payer and policymaker needs for assigned product lines and/or markets
- Develop access strategy and incorporation to market acceleration and penetration plan in the key markets to expand geographic footprint
- Provide inputs on pipeline products/projects to shape market access strategy and develop business cases, such as market access and payer situation analysis, preliminary payer value drivers and early price assumptions
- Master or PhD in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Management or similar
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a healthcare area such as patient access, government affairs/public policy, patient advocacy, pricing, reimbursement, or similar
- At least 3 years in market access at global level
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written conversation. Speaking French and/or Spanish would be a strong asset.
- Open to travel up to 10% of the time
