Business Development Manager

**A typical week in this role includes**:
- Being responsible for achieving exclusive targets on sales growth; contract negotiation to support business growth.
- Proactively engaging and collaborating with Exclusive Brand partners, local trading teams and internal cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies, brand growth and expansion plan with O+O campaigns and marketing activities.
- Conducting market research & analysis covering the Global & Europe health & beauty trends; source new and uprising brands in the markets; recruit prospective exclusive partners & facilitate new brands launch.
- Preparing regular reports and analysis on Exclusive Brands performances to deliver insights for local trading teams and partners to drive sales growth.
- Supporting the team on Supplier Relationship Management to LINK partners and LINK income collection.
- Providing support to the ad-hoc product projects and key meeting forums.
**This role would be a good fit for you if**:
- You have 6+ years brand management experience in health & beauty industry and/or FMCG related field.
- You have a University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- You are fluent in English. Other additional languages are considered highly beneficial especially French/German/Dutch (both written & spoken).
- You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
