**Diversity & Inclusion Talent and Learning Partner for Electrification**:

**This position reports to**:
Business Talent & Learning Manager EL

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of the Global EL (Electrification) Diversity and Inclusion framework working in close collaboration with the Divisional leaders and HRBPs, working in proximity with the ABB Group Head of Diversity
- Manage the overall EL (Electrification) D&I Strategy and design and deliver appropriate initiatives and interventions such as “Women leadership development program” and “Interrupt unconscious bias training” aiming to create an inclusive workplace
- Manage the EL (Electrification) D&I KPIs and work continuously to improve the metrics and our recognition internally and externally
- Integrate the D&I activities with the Talent & learning agenda
- Develop understanding of the strategic business priorities, key success factors, commercial market, and customers for Electrification business
- Create and animate the EL (Electrification) D&I network and ERG’s
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships with third parties: universities (for talent supply), consultancies (for recruitment and market insights), coaches and mentors to complement and enable the business strategy
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and improve business impact

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree highly preferred, bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in a leading Diversity & Inclusion role is mandatory, previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent management and Learning & Development experience is a plus
- Experience in designing and implementation Diversity and inclusion initiatives and interventions in a global business environment and working across multiple geographies and within virtual teams
- Experience in playing an active role in an external D&I network and understanding about the D&I regulation in key Electrification markets like US and China
- Self-starter and collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. Excellent relationship skills and great stakeholder management
- Workday, Power BI and other advanced HR tools experience are a plus
- Fluency in English is a must
