Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion issues at regional level.
- Experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion sector, racial justice, equity work, and direct ERG experience.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience developing strategies and delivering results through project management, implementation and evaluation, with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Experience in communicating/managing internal stakeholders, including executive sponsors, or equivalent experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, insights and strategy, including across geographies and at all levels of the organization, in a way that influences people to take action.
- Ability to develop a perspective and influence on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

**About the job**:
In this role, you will manage scaled programs and partnerships with Googler-led communities (Employee Resource Groups or ERGs) and executive sponsors. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to Employee Resource Group global and chapter leads. You will provide day-to-day advisory support to align business objectives to ERG goals, engage with leads as a liaison to Employee Engagement and the business, and consistent communications with ERG leads and members to ensure trust, inclusion, and belonging goals are prioritized and met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as key advisor to regional Employee Resource Groups. Provide strategic guidance and oversight and build relationships with regional ERG Leads to ensure alignment with Google diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight and build relationships with ERG Executive Sponsors to ensure alignment with Google diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings with ERG Leads and ERG Executive Sponsors to set and align strategy, objectives and key results, and accelerate results.
- Create and execute impactful trailblazing programs for each of your ERGs with a focus on intersectionality.
- Track the ERG’s you advise, aligned to broader ERG goals and inclusive of ERG level developed goals. Capture and share ERG feedback with the regional Inclusion team to set and inform strategy for corresponding ERG Leads and ERG Executive Advisors.
