- erstellen von Kunden
- und Managementberichten für Private Equity und Infrastructure Fund of Funds sowie Mandate
- prüfung von Buchhaltungsabschlüssen für mehrere Investment-Gesellschaften
- detaillierte Analyse von Finanzberichten in investierten Funds (d.h. Private Equity und Infrastructure Funds)
- mithilfe beim Aufsetzen von neuen Investment-Gesellschaften
- das Erheben und Pflegen kritischer Daten wie Firmen
- und Fundbewertungen, Cash Flows, Finanz
- und Firmeninformationen und anderen Funddaten
- cash Management auf Ebene Fund of Funds
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Portfolio Management Team sowie internen und externen Service Partnern;
- mitarbeit an Kundenpräsentationen und RFPs

- Sie arbeiten im Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) Team in Zürich. Wir sind Teil von UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG und unterstützen unsere Portfolio Manager im Bereich der alternativen Anlagen. Unser Team verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung im Anlegen und Verwalten von Privatmarktanlagen und betreut Investitionen von über CHF 11 Mrd. im Bereich Private Equity und Infrastruktur Fonds.

**Your expertise**
- abgeschossene Kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Finanzsektor oder ähnlichem
- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise im alternativen Assets Bereich und stehen vor dem Abschluss eines Bachelorstudiums oder ähnlichem
- starke analytische Problemlösungskompetenz
- zahlenflair; FX Hedging
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, speziell in Excel, und generelles ausgeprägtes Know-how in der PC-Anwendung
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- genaue, sorgfältige und unabhängige Arbeitsweise
- jemand der sich in einem internationalem Umfeld wohl fühlt und auch auszeichnet
- jemand der sich durch sein Zahlenflair auszeichnet und auch gerne selbständig, exakt sowie zielorientiert arbeitet
