Controller Private Equity Funds Management
Aufgaben
Verantwortlich für das Forecasting, Cash-Management und die Performance-Messung von Private-Equity-Fonds / Analyse der Investitionstransaktionen der Private-Equity-Programme / Verantwortlich für das Monitoring der verschiedenen Private-Equity-Programme / Verantwortlich für die globale Koordination von Investitionscontrolling-Aktivitäten / Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Controlling der Datenlieferungen, Reconciliation der monatlichen Bewertungen und Sicherstellung der Qualität / Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern / Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und das Informationsmanagement / Erstellung von Reports für die Private-Equity-Programme für interne und externe Kunden / Management der Investorenanfragen / Mitarbeit bei internationalen Projekten und Initiativen.
Qualifikation
Master-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen / Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asset Management entweder als Wirtschaftsprüfer bei einer Big4 oder bei einem Asset Manager / Kenntnisse im Bereich Private Equity-Funds / Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und Erkennen von Zusammenhängen / Aufmerksamkeit für das Detail / Überzeugende, initiative Persönlichkeit / Fähigkeit, Projekte sorgfältig und strukturiert zu planen, zu steuern und zu kontrollieren / Eloquent in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern / Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse / Gewandter Umgang mit Excel / Deutsch und Englisch.
