Private Equity Fund Counsel

Set-up of investment funds and managed accounts (in respect of private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate funds or fund-of-funds offerings) including the fund structuring, the drafting of fund offering documents, the negotiations with investors on terms and conditions;
- Support in primary, secondary and co-investment legal due diligence;
- The job is either based in the Pfäffikon (SZ) or Dublin offices.
**Requirements**:
- Law degree from top university, LLM or business administration education is a plus;
- 3 - 5 years professional experience in a private market fund formation role in the financial industry or law firm; investment or transactional experience and basic understanding of investment tax matters is a plus;
- English on a proficient level (including strong legal drafting skills) with German or French on a basic level as a plus;
- Strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, pro-active, efficient team player with an independent working style, focused on pragmatic solutions with sufficient attention to the details and maintaining a strong client service orientation at all times.
