Administrative and Accountant Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings
- Coordinate logistics, manage office supplies, and ensure an efficient work environment
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional responses in both English and French

- Accounting Duties:

- Handle general accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with data entry for accounting systems responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Acquaintance to one accounting software, knowledge of Swiss accounting regulations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
