Am ZÜRICH OPENAIR treffen weltberühmte Acts auf heisse Newcomer - Feiert mit uns das Festival-Highlight des Sommers

Mit über 80.000 Besucher\*innen bietet das ZÜRICH OPENAIR neben einer abwechslungsreichen Mischung aus Electronic, Pop und Rap auch zahlreiche kulinarische Leckerbissen und andere Highlights.

Das ZÜRICH OPENAIR sowie die Eventreihe ZOA City werden von der ZO Festival AG veranstaltet.

Aufgaben

Per April 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung, bis Ende September 2024 sind wir auf der Suche nach einer motivierten Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Festival Office.
- Du unterstützt das HR in organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben entlang des Rekrutierungsprozesses für unseren F&B Bereich
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Vorselektion sowie die Vertragsabwicklung
- Du beschäftigst Dich mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und setzt Onboarding-Programme für verschiedene Bereiche des Festivals um
- Du gestaltest das Digitalisierungsprojekt mit und unterstützt uns bei der Netzwerkpflege

Qualifikation

Du verfügst bereits über einen abgeschlossenen Lehr
- oder Studienabschluss (Universität, FH, HF oder Ähnliches) und suchst nach einer herausfordernden beruflichen Einstiegsmöglichkeit?

Idealerweise hast Du bereits relevante Praktika absolviert und bringst eine Affinität für Projektmanagement mit. Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

Musik ist eine Leidenschaft von Dir und Du kennst Dich in der Schweizer Festival
- und Event-Landschaft aus. Als positive und kreative Persönlichkeit überzeugst Du mit viel Herzblut, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit.
