Now, we’re looking for an Events Specialist as we seek to create even bigger better experiences for runners around the world.

Your Team

We are a Brand Experience team consisting of Architects, Interior designers, Producers, Production specialists, Event organisers and Visual merchandisers covering topics related to our own retail, wholesale and Events at On.

Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our communities across the globe.

Your Mission
- Global coordination of our community facing brand events
- Potential for hands-on involvement to bring events to life - from planning to execution and evaluation
- Ensuring events kept are on brand down to the last detail
- Helping to coordinate the full schedule of On events
- Collate and analyze event data to test and learn across various event formats
- Give market teams the guidance they need to execute events within brand guidelines
- Lead the development of communication plans pre, during and post events
- Manage and maintain event materials
- Actively grow our global communities
- Work across multiple functions and internationally with the team HQ and other markets

Your Story
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar events role
- High level organisational skills
- Attention to process and detail
- Experience in coordinating successful events
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to excite our communities and partners about the brand
- An interest in running
- The attitude of a team player and an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when challenged
- A passion for innovation and improvement
