**About the role**
- The Event Coordinator (70%) is part of the Global Corporate Communications team and is responsible for the planning, management, implementation and evaluation of internal events. Under the supervision of the Corporate Communications & Events Manager, this person will coordinate all event aspects from researching and hiring vendors, to planning, inviting participants and execution of events. This includes working with internal stakeholders, including top management, to communicate the company’s values, strategy, goals and direction and grow its profile as a market and thought leader**Key Responsibilities include**- Supporting in execution of strategic events (such as Managers’ Conference, Full Year Results, etc.)
- Manage sub-projects independently
- Administrating of registration systems, creation of mailings, texts for websites and app
- Keep budgets and timelines under control at all times
- Act as deputy for the Event Manager**About you**- Bachelor or Fachhochschule with focus on event/hospitality management, marketing, communications or similar
- Around 3 years of experience in an international and multicultural work environment within event management
- Ability and flair to write and communicate in English with a good knowledge of German
- Affinity for modern digital communication tools (mobile app, website content management system)
- Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and openness to G-suite tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills, Strong time and task management-
- Ability to create both visual and written content in line with company style and branding
- Strong team player mentality with a positive, flexible attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure
