The British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated events and marketing professional to join the central office team in Zurich.

As the BSCC **Events & Marketing Coordinator**, you will be responsible for supporting the Events Manager and Marketing Specialist in designing, planning, coordinating and executing events in life sciences and the smaller chapters in Switzerland; as well as providing Chamber wide marketing support.

Job Profile:

- Event Manager for the Smaller Chapters which includes administrative and onsite event management and contribution to the overall development of the event programmes in both Switzerland and the UK
- Lead the event activities of the smaller chapters events taking an active role in their activities, programmes and revenue generation
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects and events you are responsible for
- Support Marketing Specialist with BSCC’s Marketing strategy
- Responsible for own event marketing for smaller Chapters
- Developing and writing event marketing content

**Requirements**:

- Flexible schedule to attend BSCC events and networking
- Experience of web publishing and social media
- Flexible, open minded and objective oriented person
- Team player with good communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, confident with a pro-active approach with the ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: 80-100%, 60-80%

**Salary**: CHF60,000.00 - CHF80,000.00 per year
