Employed by Wunderman Thompson Switzerland, you will work for our client Microsoft Switzerland. You’ll be part of the local squad as well as the broad, international, multidisciplinary Wunderman Thompson team working with Microsoft, one of today’s top tech companies worldwide.

Marketing Coordinator Events plans and executes Microsoft's digital events. In this role Marketing Coordinator Events acts primarily as project manager who coordinates internal Wunderman Thompson resources, Microsoft stakeholders and third-party vendors.

**MARKETING COORDINATOR**: EVENTS 100% (ALL)

**THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR**:

- Planning and Consulting for Microsoft specific events (mostly digital events)
- Events preparation: setting up the event, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage event, and event assets (shown presentations, videos etc.)
- Event Execution: Execute events from start to end and provide chat moderation support. Run reporting and insights gained from the event
- Stakeholder Management: Educate internal and external stakeholders, act as an advisor on tools and event related execution topics as well as sharing best practices

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in execution of any marketing-related initiatives, incl. 1+ year experience in events management, project, or account management role
- High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g. personal data protection or brand guidelines
- Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines
- Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way
- Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
- A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
- Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail
- Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply)
