**MARKETING COORDINATOR**: COMMERCIAL 100% (ALL)

**THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR**:

- Activities Planning and Set-up: Translating marketing objectives to a demand generation plan (e.g., pulling targeting lists)
- Execution and Project Management: Coordination and execution for marketing activities, reviews and copy localizations for local assets
- Data and Insights: Collecting and interpreting of reports and results from previous activities and giving recommendations on how to optimize
- Stakeholder Management: Advise and consult stakeholders on commercial marketing tools and services

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Ideally completed studies in any marketing-related field
- Broad understanding of various marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, incl. marketing channels
- 2+ years’ experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives, incl. 1+ year experience with target audience segmentation, campaign success measurement, project or account management role
- High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g. personal data protection or brand guidelines
- Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines
- Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way
- Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
- A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
- Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail
- Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply)
