- **Office Manager** that is part of
- **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.
- These are your key tasks:
- Supporting the Head of the FIFA Foundation Administration and the Executive Chairman of the FIFA Foundation in all organisational, administrative and logístical matters of their work
- Assisting with the general day-to-day office operation and clerical tasks, e.g. keeping calendars up-to-date, maintaining material and office supplies, stock and storage, taking care of IT matters, handling correspondence and queries and drafting responses, liaising with other departments and externals as needed
- Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, preparing and distributing agendas, reports and documents, recording and completing meeting minutes
- Organising superiors' and externals' travel arrangements, ensuring remote and onsite support during meetings, visits, trips, tournaments and events
- Assisting on site and remotely on protocol matters, guest management and event management
- Working closely with the other staff members of FIFA Foundation providing support in assigned projects and ad-hoc tasks and projects when required

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- University degree, technical college qualification or specific higher education
- Fluent in English,any other FIFA language and/or additional languages is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Committed, solution-oriented, pragmatic, works independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and capability to adapt and learn new skills quickly
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Good judgement, trustworthy, discrete and with high integrity
- Willingness to travel
- Superb communication and writing skills
- Endurance and flexibility with working hours
- Project Management skills and/or experience in project coordination is an advantage
