Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Daily management of workload; organization of service visits in accordance with site schedule along with management of associated standards / parts etc. that may be necessary for the successful completion of the service.
- Review of vendor / service documentation
- Entry and work order closure in Agilent SAP system and customer asset management system as required
- Recording and reporting of service metrics to the Agilent Service Business Manager
- To request quotations, raise purchase orders and reconcile costs for third party vendor activity on customer site.
- To track requested and approved out of scope costs on a regular basis
- Support of commissioning/decommissioning and relocation activities
- To identify, evaluate and raise issues that arise regarding service activities
- To actively seek to provide continuous improvements of services
- To schedule, handle and present weekly review meetings as needed
This position is offered as a contractually **full time**, **permanent** position with Agilent.

**Key Requirements**:
- Ability to handle sudden changes in priorities in a highly pressurized and demanding environment.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must and the ability to work with administrative tools (SAP) would be preferable.
- Ability to work independently will limited managerial input.
- Fluency in English and French (verbal & written), German would also be beneficial.
- Willingness to carry out training as and when required.
- Third level qualification required (laboratory experience is advantageous).
