Hub Growth Manager - MEA Distributors

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Hub Head to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Hub.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch management ensuring successful commercialization.
- Co-define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize product adoption and revenue generation.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to co-develop tailored sales plans to capitalize on market demand.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our distributor and subsidiary markets to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication across teams, including sales, product management, marketing, clinical affairs, and customer success, to drive overall regional growth.
- Co-develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training, tools, and resources, to empower the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and monitor and follow-up with local teams on implementation of actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our aligner orthodontics solutions.
- Work closely with the product management team to gather customer feedback, prioritize product enhancements, and influence the product roadmap to meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
- Plan and coordinate education events with distributors.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and product management from the aligner orthodontics industry will be an asset. But experience from consumer industry, MedTech industry in general will also be welcome.
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, product development, and product management principles to be able to adapt to the continuously evolving demands.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making. Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot and strong Excel VBA Skills is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in the aligner orthodontics industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the aligner orthodontics industry.
