**HRTP Document Management System Workstream Lead_UKG (flexible location)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the DMS project scope and manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the deployment.
- Project manage all aspects of the UKG project deliverables according to program timelines and budget. Ensure project plan is achieved.
- Determine the end-to-end design of the UKG solution in close collaboration with the HRTP Workday functional team and end to end (E2E) process team.
- Leading initiatives to understand and incorporate requirements of the countries by collaborating with stakeholder groups and strive for “one hire-to-retire process” across ABB
- Partner with technical counterparts to develop an expertise of the UKG system and understand the total solution (Workday to ShapeIN to UKG).
- Work closely with the DMS Technical Architect to ensure that the DMS technical architecture is aligned to the ABB enterprise architecture principles and will be a sustainable post go-live to maintain.
- Meet the business and legal requirements, globally and locally. Ensure adequate involvement of global and local contributors/stakeholders by conducting workshops and engagement activities.
- Adhere to Design principles and HRTP program guidelines and timelines.
- Consider dependencies with other functional workstreams, cross-functional specialists, governance specialists and technical specialists to ensure the outside-in perspective and produce adequate documentation for key activities, milestones as testing and cutover.
- Provide status reporting and progress metrics of solution development to project management and steering committee according to the DMS Project governance.
- Lead a project team implementing the UKG solution; ensuring the team can properly support implementation of the tool and the team is skilled to support the tool post go-live.
- Be a champion in innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Lead effectively through a performance management culture that drives the company’s values and successfully meets/exceeds all relevant targets and objectives within the business.

**Your background**:

- Proven HR project and design experience by having successfully operated, designed, optimized, automated, deployed and measured HR business processes of a global scope in the domain of the given workstream - with significant aspects of complex implementation, organizational transformation and ambitious value creation targets.
- Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline.
- 8+ years of work experience and specialize knowledge of HR in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.
- Experience with implementing or working with Workday is desirable.
- Experience with implementing document management solutions and/or other HR technologies in large, global organizations.
- Extremely structured thinking and strong communication skills to convince HR professionals, line managers and employees globally of the solutions delivered by the HR Transformation Program and drive the change towards a common plan and timelines. Ability to structure and convey complex messages, urgency and insights into meaningful action plans.
