**Treasury Global Process Owner & Middle Office Head**:

In this role you will be responsible to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end Treasury process design, development and transformation across Treasury’s global workstreams, support the overall governance of Treasury’s processes, as well as design and implement related internal controls. This includes strategy coordination, policy setting, performance management as well as change management and continuous improvement for Corporate Treasury. It also includes coordinating, designing and implementing appropriate Treasury digitalization, technology and information systems strategy and roadmap, including systems and solutions as well as data requirements and data integrity, enabling and supporting Corporate Treasury target operating model. You and your team will also coordinate Treasury transformation as part of ABB’s overall Finance Transformation Program and represent Treasury in cross functional Finance process development initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for Treasury Middle Office, including Treasury wide coordination and development of controls and compliance as well as risk and performance management reporting and related KPI’s. Middle Office team is also responsible for Treasury function controlling and Treasury related entity management and governance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Translate the strategic direction from the Global Business Process Owner (Corporate Treasurer) into clear policies and process standards across Treasury workstreams.
- Coordinating and supporting Treasury Workstreams in process and policy design and development, ensuring optimal Treasury delivery models.
- Coordinating the overall Treasury transformation and associated project roadmaps and coordinate and support data and system requirements across Treasury, driving an efficient and harmonized Treasury system landscape and IS delivery.
- Drive and facilitate a strong internal control framework across Treasury Workstreams and end-to-end processes. Key counterparty to internal and external auditors.
- Define and monitor risk, performance and compliance KPIs for Treasury as a whole and each Treasury Workstream and lead benchmark analysis and drive improvement projects
- Coordinate and support process and policy alignment within ABB Way Finance Transformation Program and other Finance Functions/Global Process Owners (R2R, O2C, P2P, etc.)
- Measure, monitor and report global Treasury risk exposures as well as specific risk exposures captured in designated Treasury legal entities.
- Define and manage Treasury’s KPIs specific to each workstream, incl. defining, monitoring and reporting operational performance metrics and change/transformation impact.
- Responsible for the Assurance reporting for the designated Treasury’s legal entities (including the governance role of Managing Director of ABB Capital AG (CHCAL)).
- Ensure timely and proper accounting and reporting as well as all relevant regulatory reporting for the designated Treasury legal entities.
- Fulfil all requirements for a proactive governance, risk and internal control management across all designated Treasury legal entities.
- Monitor, review and manage jointly with the Treasury Leadership team Treasury’s global functional costs and manage and monitor compliance with policies and oversee process performance across Treasury workstreams.

**Your background**:

- 12+ years professional experience as a senior leader of a treasury function or global financial services company.
- University degree (Master’s preferred) plus further professional qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and markets, including funding, cash management, derivatives and their supporting systems and related controls. SAP expertise a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving global environment and ability to work well with cross functional workstream teams.
- Continuous improvement and process mindset and experience desired in driving global best practice processes and related systems.
- Uncompromised integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
