**Your responsibilities**:
- Analyze and document the flow of data across systems, identifying dependencies and potential impacts of the to-be state to facilitate smooth program and cutover activities.
- Conduct a thorough impact assessments of the HRTP plan on the existing architecture, identifying potential risks and assigning adequate mitigation actions.
- Ensures that the connected IS solutions continue to provide the required functionality, meet the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable after the go-live of HRTP.
- Ensure up to date documentation of the results, as well as the agreed actions and the progress on their implementation. Proactively address any delays or issues.
**Your background**:
- 5-8 years of experience in IS project management or related field
- Highly structured way of working, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity HR data and processes is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address issues.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
