**People and Culture Manager 60-80%**

We are looking for an experienced **People & Culture Manager** (60-80%) to join Daphne
Technology, an award-winning climate deep-tech company focused on solving the GHG
challenge in tough-to-decarbonise industries. The Company is based in Switzerland, with a
subsidiary in Norway and a local presence worldwide. Daphne Technology develops
technologies and scales innovative products to measure and reduce GHG emissions from
industrial sources.

Work with talented individuals and profit from a decentralised decision-making structure that allows everyone
to take on responsibility and shape our Company. In your function in Daphne Technology, you will take on the
responsibility to foster our company culture and support our growth journey. You will join a small core team
and have a great deal of influence on the Company. We would prefer if you have the knowledge and practical

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the HR strategy and initiatives that drive a high-performance team

aligned with the overall business strategy in Headquarter and Subsidiaries.
- Implement and coordinate the Talent Acquisition & Development culture, including the

recruitment process, training, succession, and performance review.
- Design a compensation/remuneration policy and incentive plans to be approved by our board

remuneration committee.
- Develop plans to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture driving diversity, equity and inclusion

initiatives.
- Implement conflict management and resolution tools between employees.
- Develop/Advise employees and managers on HR matters, work closely with local external

service providers (payroll externalised), and ensure compliance with statutory duties.
- EOR/Consultant acquisition strategy for employees where we do not have entities.
- Apply, follow up and optimise all safety, environment, health, and well-being procedures with

the Management team.
- Implement HR reporting tools and Metrics.

**Personal skills & qualifications**:

- Self-starter who presents solutions and takes initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail with good time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
