Ferring+You

You will develop a global procurement strategy and drive continuous improvement of best practice and operations efficiency, aligned with Ferring's principles. You will also lead key procurement initiatives, ensure the development and training of the Procurement team, Ferring coupa users, as well as establish and develop the procurement mid
- office team.

Your day at Ferring
- Develop, establish, and enforce a group procurement strategy, representing all entities (local and global) and ensuring full accountabilities of all. Ensure procurement strategy reflects and supports Ferring’s strategy.
- Establish group procurement set of objectives. Monitor overall procurement performance via dashboards and other relevant mechanisms / tools (savings, value add, innovation). Drive continues improvement of procurement adaptation of industrial best practice and operations efficiency.
- Govern and maintain Coupa user and Coupa power user community at global level. Ensure Coupa users are properly trained, and power users community are appropriately structured and equipped to perform according to the expectations.
- Own procurement SharePoint site and other procurement communication channels. Coordinate and facilitate Procurement leadership team meetings and procurement townhalls.
- Development of sustainable procurement policies and conduct sustainability assessments of our suppliers, identify areas for improvement, and work with them to set and achieve sustainability targets, including exploring potential SBTi commitments.
- Stay up to date on ESG regulations, standards, and trends and recommend changes to our procurement practices as needed to maintain alignment with industry best practices.
- Setting up and there after manage Procurement mid office to conduce following activities such as low risk/ low complexity deal negotiation across categories and locations; Supply Market intelligence; procurement, ESG scope 3 and Coupa trainings; Coupa catalogue development, Coupa supplier enablement.
- Lead procurement ERP team, work closely with procurement leadership team and CPO to ensure the final solution meets the long term needs of procurement function.

Behind our innovation There’s you
- University level and/or master in business administration
- Over 10 years international experience in procurement management covering both direct and indirect procurement.
- Over 5 years of people management experience, with direct or indirect reporting line
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement & purchasing processes and knowledge of best practices for sourcing, supplier management and procure-to-pay
- Project management experience in a complex (multi-cultural / multi-functional) scope
