Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated 6 sigma project lead to manage the Continuous Process Verification program in our global team at Manufacturing Technology & Science (MTS), in the manufacturing innovation and Pilot Plant group. At MTS, we support manufacturing sites all over the world in verifying and continuously improving process and analytical technologies to ensure compliance and effective supply of products to our patients. In collaboration with the Global Manufacturing network, acting as the CPV lead, you will play a key role in extracting insights from continuous process verification data, driving the strategy of manufacturing data driven initiatives and project to improve the company's performance.

Ferring+You

In this cross-functional global role, you will lead the Continuous Process Verification dashboard, governance and stakeholders' management. Acting as the owner of the program, you will be managing the governance program for both MTS and GMN, aligning priorities with the different stakeholders (incl. MTS LT and GMN LT) and ensuring the CPV governance strategy. You will interact with the MTS and GMN leadership team, the local sites MTS, the project teams and manufacturing process experts to contextualize the data and ensure process knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for the dashboard lifecycle and reporting.

Your day at Ferring- Own / lead the CPV (continued process verification) program on all the manufacturing sites and its related strategy- Accountable and responsible for the robustness and capability governance- CPV community leader and management- Lead the OT prioritization on the CPV tools roll-out on the local sites- Lead weekly review of process trends, quarterly and annual product reviews by elaborating spotfire data trending and statistical analysis- Work in close collaboration with the different groups within MTS, GMN and local sites- Manage and maintain the Power BI tool, in accordance with GMN and MTS requirements- Identify Statistical Process Control tools related training needs for stakeholders within Ferring- Representative of the CPV program in the different product robustness review meeting- Provide 6-sigma based prioritization of the initiatives and global projects and act as the accountable counterpart of the program timelines and deliverables.-
- Provide support to maintain the product/site Statistical Process Control (SPC) program, manufacturing performance trending and reporting- Occasional travel may occur, either to production sites worldwide or to team meetings (20 days a year)

3 axis have to be considered into this global role:
- Analyse and trend the overall Continuous Process Verification data and accommodate the PowerBI dashboard accordingly- Prepare, prioritize and lead the governance meeting quarterly with TechOps LT and site heads- Follow-up with the different site and MTS leaders the prioritized activities

Behind our innovation There’s you- Engineering or Scientific University Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy or equivalent experience acquired in job- 6 sigma recognized experienced and training- Experience with the use of SPC tools- Experience in project management, LEAN and 6 Sigma- Excellent communication skills and at ease in a multicultural and international environment- Good working knowledge of manufacturing, GMP requirements- Strategic thinking- Project management experience- Language: English (fluent, speaking & writing)- Ability to take the initiative and work independently while developing and maintaining effective communication with the stakeholders without formal authority- Good collaborator with excellent interpersonal communication skills- Knowledge related to QbD, Data Analysis would be a major plus
