- **VIP Travel Manager** that is part of
- **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.
- These are your key tasks:
- Manage travel arrangements for the FIFA President's, FIFA Secretary General's and FIFA Deputy Secretary General's offices as well as their VVIP travel companions and guests, including: commercial flights, private jets, accommodation, ground transport, VIP airport services, visa/entry & health matters and any extraordinary services
- VIP team workload distribution, quality control, team planning
- Ensuring highest quality through risk analysis, double checks strategies, knowledge sharing and high reachability; being the main point of contact to President's and Secretary General's office, also in order to anticipate issues in close co-operation with concerned internal departments as well as with other relevant stakeholders
- Project and event management for travel activities assigned to the VIP Travel team
- Coordinating and monitoring services such as flights, accommodation, airport services and ground transport for the totality of business and event travels of FIFA VIP Stakeholders, namely FIFA President, FIFA Secretary General and their travel companions/guests to the highest quality standards
- Research and assessments including risk analysis, travel budgeting, impact in services for all trips, acting as a high level travel manager
- First class service in relation to private jet bookings and operations, incl. aircraft researches, bookings, revision of civil aviation authorities' permits and operators' call signs
- Project and Event Management for FIFA Tournaments and Events, incl. the lead of the event group and coordination of work between the project team in Switzerland and abroad
- Commercial and private flight tracking including prompt direct communication with airlines/operators, command centers, support teams, vendors and senior management
- Crisis action planning and execution in case of voluntary and/or involuntary changes
- Contracts negotiations with service providers
- Procurement processes to services
- Information related to visa and entry regulations, health information worldwide incl. handling with official authorities
- Monthly accounting for all services

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Completed (business) travel agency education or business education with training in the travel industry
- Further education in tourism, event or general management
- At least 5 years of experience in the business travel industry
- Experience with VVIP clients and an extensive knowledge in private jet operations
- Practical commercial experience, distinguished geographical knowledge
- Excellent skills in GDS (reservations, ticketing, fare rules, rebooking, etc.), namely Amadeus
- Experience in leading small project teams
- Proactive and service-oriented personality, highly self-motivated and always willed to go the extra mile
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements
- Flexible, methodical and structured approach to projects
- Ability to work independently and with multi-disciplinary teams
- Business fluency in at least two FIFA languages, namely English and French and/or Spanish; other languages are a plus
- Very strong customer service skills and a passion for high-end customer service
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task even under big pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to embrace a complex, busy and very dynamic work environment
- Willingness in occasionally working abroad for FIFA Tournaments and Corporate Events
- Very high flexibility and availability standards, willed to adapt the working hours to stakeholders' needs
- Speedy delivery of short-term orders and big projects, respecting deadlines
