**The Role**

**Terms of appointment**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide consultancy services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus and Sabre GDS
- Provide timely and efficient support to employees and external business units, in accordance with the agreed service level
- Find creative solutions for challenging gateways, time constraints and specific requests and/or preferences
- Maintain positive relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions
- Liaise with teammates in Zurich, Boston, Hong Kong and Shanghai to make sure of smooth operations
- Manage, create, and troubleshoot profiles and bookings within internal systems
- Available for on-call emergency support outside of office hours

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working or studying in an international environment is preferred
- Relevant experience in airline industry and/or GDS experience is an advantage
- Minimum level of C1 level of English is a requirement
- To be considered for this role, applicants must either be Swiss citizens, EU-nationals or have the legal right to live and work in Switzerland.
