**Role Purpose**
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the actual financial figures for the Sandoz division (>$10bn sales). Ensure proper documentation and correct recording of all global bookings impacting the consolidated divisional and group numbers, (especially ensure accurate pre-profit booking for Sandoz). Act as safety net for Sandoz division by ensuring that no material mistake gets consolidated into the divisional figures. Support business to drive for sustainable growth by providing meaningful financial information.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for timely delivery and accuracy of closing deck working with NPMR, MRG and FCRS team to create month end deck
- Responsible to assist in the closing call, keeping minutes of closing call and driving CFO, BPA and Head FRA through the slides allocated and answer additional questions raised
- Responsible to maintain relationship with external auditors
- Accountable to keep track and monitor significant transactions
- Accountable to deliver high quality BSR on a quarterly basis
- Accountable to provide meaningful reports to BPA and functional finance team
- Responsible to support Head of Reporting to further align FRA processes cross divisionally

**Minimum requirements**
- Audit and Financial Reporting & Accounting: minimum 2 year Big 4 and/or Public Accounting experience
- Overall relevant work experience of 3-5 years
- Financial Reporting systems: experience acquired in global consolidation and evaluating reporting systems
- External Reporting and/or Compliance Function:
0 - 2 years’ experience acquired in one of these areas in a multinational company
- Practical experience with consolidation and financial reporting tools
- International experience and the ability to work in an international environment (i.e. an international team and deal with internal customers around the world)
- Project management and leadership skills, ability to work cross functional and in teams
- University degree, Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant
