Role Purpose


This position is responsible for driving the Sandoz management reporting strategy in close alignment with Group ERP, ensuring delivery of best in class solutions to Sandoz Group Management, allowing efficient analyses of the business performance.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the management reporting systems (Financial and Nonfinancial), in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all business timelines and information/analytic needs
  • Perform operational activities on all supported tools, spanning across multiple locations
  • Delivery of the monthly closing decks to support the monthly closing meetings, with high accuracy and in line with expected timing
  • Understand the business requirements from BPA and reporting lead team to ensure the these are incorporated into the monthly reporting delivery
  • Manage the data flows between relevant systems to support cross functional reporting capabilities
  • Supports the finance functional relationship with key internal/external stakeholders
  • Keeps continuous improvement and process changes up to date to have an efficient and effective process
  • Supports and monitors system change requests and enhancements in collaboration with IT

Minimum requirements

  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree ideally in accounting, finance, or economics
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in performance management systems, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles necessary, dealing with multiple currencies and FX scenarios
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC is must
  • Experience of working in multicultural / international environment
