What we will deliver


We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.

By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.

About the role


In this role you will design, deploy and manage the global HR process and delivery organization to support all HR operations in Vectura Fertin Pharma, starting with harmonization and deployment of all policies, processes and systems across the organization and ensure readiness to operate seamlessly with PMI.

You will join us at a transition phase, when the organization needs to consolidate the ways of work following the acquisition: to define harmonized HR policies and make them operational across the organization; to set-up new policies and practices to support own identity and culture in a seamless operation with its owner PMI.

The role will be key in establish the fundamental of Employee Life Cycle supported by system infrastructure to support mentioned HR Policies and operations.

Areas of responsibility

HR Policy creation:

  • Lead HR SMEs in the design of new harmonized global HR Policies and practices on all sub functional areas (Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Total Rewards, Personnel Administration, etc.) ensuring that all aspects are considered for an effective and efficient end to end solution deployment.
  • Consolidate knowledge base to support change management and solution delivery.
HR Process, Org design & set up

  • Following policy making, design the necessary aligned processes to achieve the desired business outcome at speed and with optimal cost. (People Wheel)
  • Map inputs, outputs, flows and integration points between processes.
  • Embed operational and financial control points and mechanisms to ensure a stable control environment.
  • Establish appropriate OD for and lead the global HR operations.
  • Staff key roles in delivery organization
  • Design and deploy the appropriate measurement system (SLAs, KPIs, etc)
HRIS deployment

  • Lead the dedicated project team in the design of the ONE system infrastructure aligned across the organization.
  • Validate and monitor data migration plan
  • Design and monitor capability building plan
  • Owner of the Employee Life Cycle Management
Data & Analytics

  • Owner of the administration of the Employee Life Cycle Management (documentation and support)
  • Owner of HR data administration on behalf of the business (eg Audit support)
  • Establish People Analytics expertise to drive business decision
  • Responsible to ensure data compliance (eg GDPR) upon Legal direction
Change Management

  • Lead Change Impact assessment and propose a change management plan
  • Lead interactions with Vectura Fertin Pharma LT to explain new processes (People Wheel)
  • Actively engage with internal HR stakeholders to achieve buy in and support
Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance. A Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance would be desirable
  • Demonstrable prior experience in a similar Global HR role
  • Significant experience with Stakeholder engagement, End consumer experience, Service orientation, with deep knowledge of HR Operations delivery, Collaborative, Responsive, Effective Challenger & Change Agent; Business Acumen, can understand business context and translate into solutions
