Role Purpose
The main purpose of this position is to drive the Sandoz management reporting strategy in close alignment with Group ERP, ensuring delivery of best in class solutions to Sandoz Group Management, allowing efficient analyses of the business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategy of the management reporting group by driving efficiencies through tools and processes
- Engage across the finance organization to understand reporting requirements and deficiencies
- Identify processes that can be optimized through automation / robotics and drive the development and implementation of effective solutions
- Identify new tools that drive innovation through the management reporting landscape to support integrated reporting capabilities
- Endtoend management of management reporting projects
- Ensure high level of solution usability while meeting business requirements
- Support where necessary the management reporting activities related to the month end closing

Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in performance management systems, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization
- CA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree ideally in accounting, finance, or economics
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of financial consolidation principles necessary, dealing with multiple currencies and FX scenarios
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC is must
- Experience of working in multicultural / international environment
