**Role and Function**:
Market Reasch Programs are a key element for Sobi to understand disaease areas, the needs of patients, how patients are managed and the experience of patients during treatment. Patient Support Programs are important tools to support the access for patients to Sobi products and to support patients with their treatments.
Sobi is currently seeking for a Global Operations Lead to join our Global Patient Access and Community Engagement (PACE)team supporting the Sobi commercial organisation. The position will be responsible for a wide range of activities/tasks within PACE focusing on the role of Global Process Owner (GPO) for Market Research activities and Patient Support Programs across the Sobi organisation.
This position is an essential role, ensuring that all staff across Sobi have the confidence and competence to be successful in their respective roles to deliver market research and patient support programs..
The position will serve as the Global Process Owner for the Market Research Programs and Patient Support Programs. The GPO leads overall cross functional process development and ensures global; oversight for these programs to ensure Sobi compliance with global Health Authority regulations. The GPO ensures the processes are effective and drives the continuous improvement of these end to end cross functional processes. The GPO is responsible for defining and overseeing the MRP and PSP procedural documents as well as the associated training, the process implementation and process monitoring strategy and tracking activities.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Act as a the Global Process Owner for all Market Research activities & Patient Support Programs conducted by Sobi.This includes the following:
- Ensure oversight, effectiveness and continuous improvement of these assigned processes; defining and overseeing the respective procedural documents (SOPs) as well as the associcated training and process effectiveness monitoring strategy
- Engage with stakeholders and SMEs from all of the relevant functional process areas, the Procedures Committee and the GPO Community
- Actively monitor regulatory changes and the quality of assigned processes through KPIs
- Ownership and oversight of the MRP and PSP tracking sites
- Ensure teams at global and affiliate level are appropriately assigned and trained on MRP and PSP processes
- Ensure audit and inspection readiness. Coordination and Follow Up during internal/external audits with global and local teams
- Establish and leverage relationships with Affiliates, to support them in developing and conducting appropriate MRP and PSP programs, including vendor selection, training implementationand oversight of MRP and PSP external vendor.
- Active Participation in all required head office based teams and sub teams. Model professional excellence and operate with high ethical standards in line with corporate values and SOPs by ensuring ongoing completion of all required initial and on-going local regulations and policies as well as adherence to those regulations and policies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business-Related Field
- 8+ years experience minimum in pharmaceutical industry
- Working knowledge process development/ excellence, training effectiveness and either Market Research or Patient Support programs
- Experience in one of Sobi’s therapeutic areas preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficient in programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Teams
