Encore un nouveau poste ouvert dans l'équipe Corporate Partnerships chez FELFEL : notre développement est tel que nous embauchons de nouveaux talents tous les mois :)

En tant que Success Manager, tu es responsable de ta propre liste de clients B2B. Tu développes des relations stables et durables avec tes interlocuteurs et veilles à ce que nos clients soient heureux et satisfaits des services FELFEL et Gavetti.

**TON RÔLE**:

- **Gestion des relations** avec les clients B2B.
- Aperçu stratégique de ta propre liste de clients et **développement ciblé de stratégies** pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe.
- Collaboration étroite avec l'équipe d'acquisition pour générer de nouveaux prospects.
- **Responsable des traductions **de l’anglais vers le français à 20%, en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Marketing.
- **Implémentation des nouveaux clients** (coordination et échange avec le client et avec différentes équipes en interne).
- Organisation d'**événements (de lancement) chez les clients** et suivi rapproché de leur phase d'essai.
- Compréhension des besoins des clients et **développement de solutions** individuelles et créatives si besoin.
- Création de rapports professionnels pour les entreprises clientes.

**QUI ES-TU?**:

- Tu as une **formation complète ou un diplôme**.
- Une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur des services, des grands comptes ou du **B2B** est un atout majeur.
- Tu aimes être en **contact avec une grande variété de personnes** - qu'il s'agisse du PDG d'une petite entreprise ou du directeur des installations d'une grande entreprise.
- Tu as un état d'esprit orienté vers les clients et tu prends plaisir à trouver des solutions créatives et individuelles selon les besoins de chacun d’entre eux
- Tu as de **bonnes capacités de négociation** et des qualités de leadership.
- Tu as de bonnes compétences linguistiques et de communication **:la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est un MUST.**:

- Tu aimes être sur la route (le permis de conduire est indispensable) et apprécies les journées de travail variées.
- Permis de travail UE/AELE ou suisse.
