Our Swiss Sales team within Asset Management, in Geneva, is looking to add:
INTERN - SALES - SWITZERLAND

**Role Purpose:
Responsible for providing sales and marketing support to the Geneva sales team and the Head of Sales.
This will include helping the sales team in its day to day activities, from event coordination alongside with marketing
team to client contact on telephone through preparing marketing documents for commercial activities.
Ad-hoc travel within Switzerland as and when required to provide support at client events.

**Main Responsibilities:
**Sales**:
Support the Head of Sales - Switzerland and Senior Sales in their on-going client activities across
institutional and wholesale business;
Support on client management function being exposed gradually to end investors;
Attend relevant company presentations and institutional investor meetings;
Work in conjunction with the wider Asset Management Sales & Marketing teams to reach the targets
set by management from time to time and to achieve the overarching goals of the Asset
Management business line;
Contribute to the focus on long term responsible investing in order to deliver lasting value, to meet
the evolving needs of our clients;
Support to the sales team in the management of the client's information through the CRM system.

**Projects**:
Creation of Sales Dashboard;
Support the Head of Sales - Switzerland on various strategic projects.

**Marketing**:
Support and collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver events, campaigns and client
communication for clients in Switzerland;
Attend relevant company presentations, meetings and events.

- Graduate or under-graduate
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- French as a first language, fluent English and German would be advantageous.
