Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Roadmap zur Erreichung der strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens- Führung des Strategieteams und Steuerung von weiteren cross-funktionalen Teams zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen- Überwachung und Anpassung der strategischen Massnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Ausrichtung auf die Unternehmensziele- Kommunikation von Fortschritten, Herausforderungen und Erfolgen an die Geschäftsleitung und wichtige Stakeholder- Sicherstellung einer gemeinsamen Unternehmenskultur und reibungslosen weiteren Integration aller Unternehmensbereiche in die Gruppe

Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn- Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder einem verwandten Bereich hast (MBA von Vorteil).- Du über 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategieumsetzung hast, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Post-Merger-Integration.- Du nachweislich erfolgreich komplexe Projekte mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern geleitet hast.- Du fundierte Kenntnisse in strategischer Planung und Change Management mitbringst.- Du hervorragende Führungs-, Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch) besitzt und in einem dynamischen Geschäftsumfeld Veränderungen sicher navigieren kannst.
