**Your role**
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful cross-media strategies.
- An in-depth understanding of the Swiss media landscape across all channels, from traditional outlets to the latest digital trends.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to translate data into actionable insights that drive results.
- A well-established network within the media industry to leverage valuable opportunities and proven negotiation skills to secure the best agency and vendor contracts
- Budget management expertise with the ability to recommend optimal media mix allocation for maximum ROI.
- Proficiency in industry-standard media tools such as GWI, MACH, Digimonitor, Nielsen, Mediafocus, dedicated Media panels (TV, Radio etc.), SPR+ etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire, collaborate, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

- In this role, you’ll be joining our motivated Media Strategy & Skill Development team in Zurich that sits within the Marketing & Digital Sales unit. We develop and execute cross-media strategies across all business units in Switzerland. Our team thrives on the motto “execution follows strategy.” We believe that data is the key to truly understanding our clients which form the foundation for crafting winning media strategies. - Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:

- held similar media strategy role, ideally for 5-7 years - both inside or outside the finance industry.
- possesses a keen eye for data and enjoys using data to inform strategic media decisions.
- isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and brings fresh perspectives to the table to stay ahead of the media curve.
- brings a collaborative spirit along with strong negotiation and communication skills (German and English), to build successful partnerships with agencies and vendors.
- Master’s degree or equivalent with a focus in a marketing and economics.
