Associate Director, Multi-channel Engagement

**Summary**
Responsibility for the MCE operations, programme and process management for Region Europe.
Managing the adoption and ongoing country support for the Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) services, systems and processes to optimise the mix of channels being used to engage with segmented HCPs.
Work with Commercial Sales Operations, Brand Teams and the European countries to develop and align on a road-map for the MCE Services and work-plan ensuring readiness for new launches and geographic expansion.
Manages the identification of MCE best practice leveraging both external and internal (global/regional and local) influences.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the implementation and ongoing execution of the MCE services associated with our vendor collaborations, systems and processes to optimise the mix of channels being used to engage with segmented and non-segmented HCPs/HCOs.
- Work with Global and Regional Commercial Sales Operations, Director Digital Marketing Engagement Strategy, Brand Teams and the countries to establish an operational road-map for the MCE tools and ensure readiness for new launches and geographic expansion.
- Create and deliver MCE commercial training content, adapting it for European country use
(marketing and field force understanding, skills, system management, channel prioritization by field teams) providing insightful and value-added analysis to the organisation, reliable KPIs and precise numbers.
- Ensure existing and onboarding Commercial Fieldforce personnel are effectively trained and maintained on the MCE systems being used as required. Collaborating closely with Commercial Operations and countries to agree the optimal split between Regional and Locally led MCE training, keeping self/management informed on what training is actually being delivered within the countries.
- Working closely with Regional and local Brand teams to support their Multi-Channel content hosting, migrating Web and other content to corporately aligned Content Management systems. Ensure that MCE KPIs and other performance parameters are appropriately captured and reported in a timely manner.
- In collaboration with SFE, defining, setting and monitoring of channel utilization targets for fieldforce, activity planning, segmentation and targeting processes at HCO/HCP level. Provide insightful and value-added analysis to the organisation, reliable KPIs and precise numbers.
- Working in collaboration with IT to ensure that SFMC and Web CMS upgrades are anticipated and rolled-out with any necessary user training handled through the TtT cascade
- Supporting the team with Adhoc Management Reporting and Analytics Support (Business cases, EU updates, Board presentations etc ) of in-market and pipeline MCE projects with market insights, competitive intelligence, market research and analysis as requested.
- Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics.
- Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines
**Requirements**:
- Analytical capabilities, numeracy, high expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 6 years Multi-Channel/Digital Commercial Experience
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical SFE/training role commercial and/or marketing function
- At least 8-10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- International exposure - preference for work experience in multiple EU countries
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Ability to work with multiple projects and in a complex environment
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
- High level of proactivity, flexibility and drive
