Opzelura Brand Lead - Europe Role Summary

This position is responsible for leading and developing the marketing strategy and activities for Opzelura in Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive European strategy and coordinate multi-functional activities to optimize the value of the brand within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive European strategy and coordinate multi-functional activities to optimize the brand value within Europe.
  • Lead and drive launch readiness strategy for all indications in collaboration with country brand teams.
  • Represent Incyte in commercial/marketing interactions with external stakeholders to ensure European needs are considered.
  • Contribute to global product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing plans to ensure EU requirements are represented.
  • Lead cross-functional European Brand Team.
  • Lead, guide, and support affiliate commercial/marketing colleagues to embed and execute European Opzelura brand and strategy.
  • Build strong brand belief across all functions and into affiliates and ensure internal communications carry this through.
  • Monitor brand dynamics and performance to enhance growth by maneuvering marketing mix levers.
  • Lead Opzelura forecasting of EU sales in coordination with Commercial Operations and country BUDs/GMs.
  • Work with manufacturing and supply chain to optimize product packaging as a premium brand in the topical space.
  • Ensure commercial input into distribution channels, SKU choices, and supply chain volumes aligned with forecast and launch timelines.
  • Provide input and insights to Global Analytics on market research needs for Europe and support regional market research activities in coordination with Commercial Operations.
  • Ensure systematic collection, interpretation, and sharing of competitive intelligence at congress and more broadly on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure tactical roll-out of regional activities, e.g., campaigns, materials, e-marketing, international meeting materials, and booths in coordination with EU Events and country teams are on brand and on strategy.
  • Lead working relationships with creative agencies and supporting 3rd-party commercial vendors.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, and assess the marketing mix to evaluate ROI.
