The first Forma offering combines Spacemaker's AI and predictive analytics engine for early-stage architectural design and urban planning with conceptual modeling tools, along with other new capabilities. This new cloud offering transforms the BIM process by providing powerful tools to help architects reimagine early design workflows.

With Forma, Autodesk now offers a full end-to-end solution for building design-from early-stage planning with Forma, into the design stage with Revit, and unlocking connectivity with the vast eco-system of Autodesk's portfolio, including Autodesk Construction Cloud. For existing subscribers, Forma is now included in Autodesk's Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Collection.

Is Customer Success your passion? Do you have a customer first mindset? Do you enjoy change? Are you interested in helping us build and evolve our customer success organization to improve the quality of our service and overall experience and the success of our customers? You will report to the Director AEC Design building and infrastructure design products. This is a hybrid role and you will work in the office or remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will promote adoption of new solutions
- You will establish measurable criteria for success
- You will develop and manage content
- You will meet with our customers individually and in groups
- You will collaborate with internal SMEs to translate customer business and technical challenges into business solutions based on Autodesk products and services
- You will identify, create, and develop compelling insights into Autodesk Forma
- You will develop and maintain close relationships with colleagues and customers
- You will be part of a team that loves learning and solving problems together

Minimum qualifications
- You will have 5 or more years working in customer-facing organizations
- You want to help and serve our customers: They win, so you win
- You have experience of content production
- You have fluent or native English
- You have extensive knowledge of Forma and how it is used to
- You will support Autodesk Forma Customer Success team with a broad set of adoption activities and content creation
- You will develop content regarding Forma and early-stage architectural design and urban planning
- You are a network builder, someone who is comfortable in building meaningful relationships
- You have a knowledge of social media to strengthen industry profile and awareness with customers
