Spacewise is a B2B proptech SaaS company that offers a multi-channel leasing and productivity platform for retail space, promotional space and other IRL touchpoints. Our digital workflows and 1-click leases help leasing teams to free up time spent on managing leases and have their spaces/units bookable 24/7 over their own branded booking portal or a marketplace. Tenants enjoy short-term leasing in the easiest possible way. Our clients include well-known companies such as Migros, Coop, Swiss Post, Wincasa, Hammerson, JLL and we are expanding globally.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best customer service experience and that their needs are met. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Tasks
- Onboard new clients and help them to understand our platform
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales to close deals
- Gather customer feedback and work with the Product team to improve the platform
- Monitor customer usage and proactively engage with customers to ensure they are making the most out of our platform
- Ensure that customer support requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management or related field
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, shopping malls and/or leasing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Perfect German and English command, French is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment
- Knowledge of Proptech is a plus
