- In your new role you will:
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of select risk and regulatory initiatives or workstreams
- Engage in ongoing tracking and review of initiative deliverables, reporting progress and recommending changes
- Conduct risk assessments and synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
- Ensure that risks and issues are identified, reported and escalated as required
- Collaborate with key business partners (e.g., Compliance, Business Representatives) as well as internal / external auditors on various topics
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of the design and operating effectiveness of our control frameworks in the area of the main risk taxonomies
- Collaborate strongly with UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization to drive change in the area of Cross-border business with a focus on enabling business model transformation, implementing new legal/regulatory requirements and establishing robust and efficient processes.

**Your expertise**
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in the financial / service industry
- Process - and tool knowledge relevant for servicing Private / Wealth Management clients
- Experience in one of the main risk taxonomies (e.g. FCP, Cross-border, Investor Protection) is a plus
- Willingness to work on different topics at the same time
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to listen, understand and learn quickly
- Self-organized and independent
- Project management experience / transformation skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment
- Risk framework knowhow
- Knowledge of UBS, specifically, of WM and P&C is a plus
- Proficiency in English. German and other languages are a plus.
