Group Operational Risk Manager
Aufgaben
Obtain expertise in the Group's operational risk management methodologies and use of tools / Be familiar with Group operational risk policy and guidelines / Assist management in their risk identification and assessments, in documenting and identifying key controls and indicators / Validate, challenge and advise on self assessments completed by management / Advise management to enable an efficient use of controls to demonstrate an effective control environment especially in changing environments / Track operational loss events/incidents and advise management on resolution / Support management in identifying cause/lessons learned after losses occur; develop action plans to address identified issues / Represent OpRisk in key change initiatives in area of responsibility and ensure that operational risks are identified and addressed / Establish and maintain management reports to highlight operational risk profiles, material operational risk exposures, and any operational losses arising from business activities within assigned area / Establish and maintain regular communication to all stakeholders / Conduct risk reviews, jointly with other operational risk managers, in areas of significant risk exposure.
Qualifikation
Master or Bachelor degree / Expeerienced as an internal or external audior (CPA, ACCA, CIA) or risk manager in a bank or insurance company / Detailed knowledge in at least one jurisdiction of the local statutory/regulatory financial reporting versus Group reporting / Excellent communication skills / Convincing and persistent personality / Solid work experience in Risk Management or an operational/business unit / Team Player / Sensitive to cultural differences /Established and maintains networks with senior management in the company / Willingness to share knowledge and experience within and across team and other risk management functions / Integrative and persuasive skills / Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
